Amend Customer

When an amendment as made to a customer's account details the user will be automatically prompted to enter the reason for the change at the point of saving.

 

A <View Details> button is included on both the sales ledger Amend Account Details and Account Enquiry screens which, when clicked, displays a list of all audited amendments to the selected account.
