GoTo Assist - Ad-hoc remote support

For instant support Sicon can provide assistance directly to your PC, Laptop or Server via a web based service called Go-To-Assist.

One of our support staff will start a Go-To-Assist support session which you will be asked to log on to. Once you have accepted the connection this will allow us access to your systems. You can watch what we are doing on your systems at all times.

With our live remote-assistance tool, a member of our support team can view your desktop and share control of your mouse and keyboard to get you on your way to a solution.

NetSupport - Remote support for Sicon Customers

Netsupport is our support system provided to our contract customers for direct and immediate remote connection to a PC or server. Permission has to be granted by the user to allow a remote connection unless otherwise agreed.

Downloading NetSupport
