NetSupport - Remote support for Sicon Customers

Netsupport is our support system provided to our contract customers for direct and immediate remote connection to a PC or server. Permission has to be granted by the user to allow a remote connection unless otherwise agreed.

Downloading NetSupport

To allow Sicon to offer support via NetSupport please give our technical team a call on 0845 1300188 or 01284 722850, and they will then be able to talk you through logging in and downloading the software.
