Sicon Wins the coveted
Sage Circle of Excellence 2008 AwardAt the Sage Gala Dinner, held at the BALTIC Centre for Contemporary Art, on 5th November 2008, Sicon won a place in the Circle of Excellence 2008.
The award was granted to Sicon Ltd on the basis of its high levels of customer service, to its 400+ Sage customer base, which would lead its customer to recommend both the vendor and software.
Sage, a leading provider of business software and services, introduced the concept of a Circle of Excellence in order to recognise and reward the Business Partners who provide outstanding customer service and whose customers are the most likely to recommend them to friends and colleagues.
On presenting the award to Sicon, Paul Stobart, CEO, UK and Ireland Region, Sage (UK) Limited, states, "We are delighted to present this award to Sicon. They represent excellence in customer service and my congratulations go to all involved."
Explaining the concept of the Circle of Excellence Stobart continues, "Given that word of mouth recommendation is the most important driver of new business, it makes sense to measure how our Business Partners' customers feel about them. It follows that the more companies there are in the market place recommending Business Partners such as Sicon to others, then the better the growth prospects are for all."
The evening got even better when Sicon also scooped the Sage Developer of the Year Award 2008.
