Sicon Wins Circle of Excellence for Second Year RunningAt the Sage Gala Dinner, held at Alnwick Gardens, Northumberland on 25th November, Sicon won a place in the Circle of Excellence 2009, this year coming Third in the whole country.
The award was granted to Sicon Ltd for the second year in succession on the basis of its high levels of customer service, to its 400+ Sage customer base, which would lead its customer to recommend both the vendor and software.
Sage, a leading provider of business software and services, introduced the concept of a Circle of Excellence in order to recognise and reward the Business Partners who provide outstanding customer service and whose customers are the most likely to recommend them to friends and colleagues.
On presenting the award to SICON Ltd, Paul Stobart, CEO, UK and Ireland Region, Sage (UK) Limited, states, "I'm delighted to present this award to Richard Youngman, managing Director of Sicon Limited.
Our vision is to be the business software company that everyone recommends and our Business Partners are a vital part of this.
