With effect from 1ST November 2006 IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING ANNUAL SALP OR SAGE COVER Sicon Invoices customers 60 days prior to renewal so any reduction in users, cancellation of Sage cover / SALP (where applicable) can be notified / discussed.Sage have brought out strict rulings that any change cancellations or reductions made within 30 days of renewal will not be accepted, and potentially not credited. We have had two incidents where we invoiced a customer 60 days prior to renewal, they did not notify us of a change request until after the renewal date, we forwarded the request to Sage and the request was rejected. Therefore each SALP/Sage cover invoice that goes out will have a reminder on it advising the customer that they MUST contact Sicon immediately if they have any changes. The customers request will be forwarded to Sage, and as long as it is prior to the renewal date Sage will action and credit accordingly. For example, Sicon Sends an invoice out dated 1st November for the annual renewal period 1st January Also please note that if you upgrade in the period from your invoice date and the renewal date sage you will receive a pro rate invoice to cover the SALP for either the additional users or change in system. | ||||
