Sicon Consultancy Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may occur which means you need to reschedule a visit, consultancy, training date.

We will do our utmost to re-assign a consultant onto other work but our standard cancellation policy is;

• For cancellation on the day of the visit/training/consultancy, 100% of the value will be charged.
• For cancellation within 1-4 days of the visit/training/consultancy 50% will be charged.
• No charge will be made with notifications of 5 days or more.
