Support Consultant

This role would ideally be suited to a person who has a good business understanding and has worked in a similar role or has good accounts experience and is looking for a career change.

As a Support Consultant you will be providing first and second line telephone and remote support to Business Partners and Customers using Sicon Additions that integrate with Sage 200, be involved in call management to ensure service level agreements are met, as well as conducting analysis and investigation work.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Respond to calls / emails to resolve queries within specific areas of expertise, whilst keeping customers informed of the cases progress
  • Maintain good daily log closure rates / regularly update systems
  • Ability to plan and prioritise calls

Key skills for this position include:

  • Excellent communication skills, face to face, on the phone and in written communications / emails.
  • Ability to converse with clients at all levels.
  • Strong working knowledge of all aspects of MS Office.
  • Good planning, organisation and time management skills.
  • Ability to work to deadlines.
  • Be prepared to work as part of a close team and have a flexible approach to work.

Project Administrator

We are looking for an enthusiastic applicant with excellent organisational skills, good communicator, able to multi-task, manage time effectively and enjoy a fast paced office environment.

  • Assisting the scheduling of consultants time and projects.
  • General office administration.
