IMPORTANT NOTE: Where dates have been offered for Sicon Consultancy and Project work, if confirmation / acceptance of those dates is not received within 5 working dates from offering those dates they will automatically be removed from the diary and assigned to a another customer / project. Sicon require 5 days written notice for cancellation of service days, any days cancelled in less than 5 working days will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
