Sicon MDF Terms & Conditions
• Sicon MDF Submissions cannot be made retrospectively; the MDF Submission Form must be received before incurring expenses in regards to your request.
• The amount of funding offered will be up to 50% of the overall cost of the activity. Each submission will be reviewed on a case by case basis, and where your application is successful we will confirm the percentage of funding that has been approved.
• When a Sicon MDF request is submitted, it is the responsibility of the requesting Business Partner to provide a detailed breakdown of costs and timescales for these cost, along with quotations.
• We aim to provide a wide range of marketing opportunities covering our entire ecosystem of products, so we cannot guarantee funding for every request we receive. Your submission will be reviewed by our MDF Team who will aim to respond within 10 working days.

Payment Terms
• When a Sicon MDF request is approved, it is the responsibility of the requesting Business partner to submit an invoice for 50% of the agreed amount to accounts@sicon.co.uk. Upon completion and sign off of the agreed activity, please provide an invoice for the remaining 50% of the agreed amount, minus any unspent MDF to accounts@sicon.co.uk. Invoices should include;
- Trading Name
- Address
- Accounts Email
- Contact Name
- Contact Telephone Number
- Company Registration Number
- Company VAT Number
- Full bank details; Bank Name, Account Name, Account Number and Sort Code
• Payment will be made in two stages;
- Payment 1; 50% of the agreed MDF will be paid within 30 days of approval.
- Payment 2; Taking into account any unspent MDF, the remaining sum will be paid within 30 days of successful completion and sign off of the approved marketing activity.
