Cancellation Request

As part of our ongoing commitment to Customer Experience, we are working very hard to avoid attrition. As part of that exercise we need to understand the reasons behind cancellations in order for us to learn from these and, if necessary, make changes to avoid such situations in the future.

We ask for as much information as possible in order to help us to understand whether the cancellation is a result of product shortfalls and/or lack of certain features, or support issues either within Sicon, or the Business Partner where they are 1st Line.

If your cancellation is down to Product shortfalls or issues with support, we would prefer to discuss this with you directly. In these instances, we can offer to pause your contract and schedule a call to see if we can come to an acceptable resolution.
