Energy Assets is a multi-utility service provider serving the whole of the UK. Since installing its first meter in 2005, it has grown into a group that includes data, networks construction and Net Zero projects, providing meter-to-main solutions to some of the nation’s biggest brands and public sector bodies.
What needed to change?
Sage 200 was already in place, but it was largely being used for finance. Projects, stock, warehousing and logistics were managed across multiple disconnected systems, making it difficult to gain a real‑time view of operations.
As logistics were brought back in house, Energy Assets needed to consolidate systems, improve project and stock visibility, strengthen governance and automate manual processes.
