Fixed-Rate Upgrades from Sicon v22.1 to v26

We are pleased to introduce our Fixed-Rate Upgrade Packages, designed to help Customers currently running Sicon v22.1 and above upgrade smoothly to Sicon v26.

We understand that upgrades can take up valuable time and resources, so we’ve created a simple, fully supported package that provides a clear upgrade path and expert guidance from testing through to go-live.

What’s Included?
Our upgrade packages include:

  • Provision of a test environment for up to 2 months (where required)
  • Restoration of your existing data into a Sicon v26 test environment
  • Installation and configuration of Sicon v26
  • New Features review since v22.1.# to V26.# for the associated modules
  • Guided User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the associated modules
  • Upgrade of the live environment to Sicon v26

The Sicon Hub will be installed as part of the upgrade and will be available for use with all currently supported functionality, including Approvals, Invoices, Expenses and Projects. As additional functionality is released within the Sicon Hub, Customers will be able to take advantage of these enhancements as they become available in future releases. A Remote User License will be required for connectivity.

  • Option a: 
    • x2 Sicon Project Upgrade Days
  • Option b (with a Sicon Test Server):
    • x3 Sicon Project Upgrade Days.
    • Maximum of 2 months Server Access

Suitable for Customers not using:

  • Sicon Approvals
  • Sicon Projects
Upgrade Package 2
  • Option a:
    • x3 Sicon Project Upgrade Days
  • Option b (with a Sicon Test Server):
    • x4 Sicon Project Upgrade Days
    • Maximum of 2 months Server Access

Suitable for Customers using either of the following:

  • Sicon Approvals
  • Sicon Projects
Additional Services
Subject to additional charges, 1 Month Priority Support following go-live can be added to either package.

Deadline
These packages are available for all qualifying orders placed on or before 30th September 2026.

Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for this offer, Customers must:

  • Be running Sicon v22.1 or above
  • Be running a supported version of Sage 200 (2024 R1 or above)
  • Have access to a suitable test environment (either provided by Sicon, the Business Partner or the Customer)

This fixed-rate approach provides a structured and predictable route to Sicon v26 while ensuring Customers receive the support needed at every stage of the upgrade process. It also presents an excellent opportunity to take advantage of the latest features and enhancements available in Sicon v26.

Sicon Upgrade Packages Terms & Conditions

  • Offer available for orders placed up to 30th September 2026.
  • Customers must be running a supported version of Sage 200 at the time of upgrade.
  • The fixed-rate service covers the upgrade of Sicon products only and does not include Sage 200 upgrades or third-party add-ons.
  • A test environment must be used as part of the upgrade process.
  • Test environments provided by Sicon are available for a maximum of 2 months, after which they will be decommissioned unless alternative arrangements have been agreed.
  • Non-Sicon test environments must be pre-installed with an in support Sage200 version and the relevant restored databases.
  • Customers are responsible for completing testing and sign-off prior to the live upgrade.
