Barcoding & WarehousingThe Sicon Barcoding & Warehousing module is integrated in real time with the Sage 200 stock and order processing modules, plus it also supports the Sicon Job Costing, Kitting and Works Order Processing modules for picking, issuing, returning and building of assemblies. When used in conjunction with the Sicon Distribution Manager or Service Manager modules you can pick and despatch the Sicon Stock Transfers.Sicon pre-allocations are created for purchase orders that are raised to fulfl specifc requirements, such as Sales Order Shortages, Works Order Shortages etc. Purchase orders received using the Sicon barcoding solution will immediately allocate the stock to the required demand and allow this stock to be moved around in the warehouse until it’s required.• Installed and maintained within Sage.• Will run on any Android based devices.• Receive purchases orders, identify pre-allocations and put away into existing or new bins.• Pick & despatch sales orders.• Issue and return stock to internal areas/jobs/projects.• Pick stock for Sicon Works Orders & Kits and build when pick complete.• Pick stock for Sicon stock transfer, (Service Manager and warehouse replenishment).• Add ‘found’ stock.• Write off damaged stock.• Complete a Stock take for both traceable and non-traceable items.• Transfer stock in the warehouse, even if it is allocated.• Allocate received stock to Sales orders using back to back or Sicon pre-allocations processing.• The Sage 200 report designer supports many barcode formats as standard.• Layouts are provided in the Sage 200 report designer to:   • print barcode labels at goods in   • print warehouse bin location labels (simple excel import provided to allow all bins to be      imported and printed)    • print barcodes on purchase orders, sales orders, job sheets and works orders using the     Sage 200 report designer.• Additional license required per barcode device.• What you will need to provide:   • Wireless Network covering your warehouse area(s).   • Your chosen handset & label printer hardware options.• Handheld device options are endless, but here are some examples of what is available:   • Low cost option: e.g. Samsung Tab A6 (Android) plus rugged case, with Koolertron Bluetooth     trigger scanner.
