Enter and submit personal and/or business expenses linked to preconfigured expense items with predefined nominal codes. Once approved, a Purchase Invoice is automatically created against the relevant account within Sage 200, ready for payment.

Invoices

Automatically captures unauthorised invoices from Sage 200, including document images supplied via Sicon Documents within Sage 200, streamlining the approval process and reducing administrative effort.

Sicon Projects

Fully integrated with Sage 200 POP, SOP, Stock, Purchase, Sales and Nominal Ledgers, Sicon Projects records all associated costs and revenue against individual projects.

  • Documents | Documents attached in Sage can then be viewed against the resulting transaction in Sicon Approvals.
  • Document Automation | Purchase Invoices are processed via Document Automation and sent to Sicon Approvals for approval.
  • Construction | Additional functionality is available for Construction industries where an Approvals module has been purchased. This covers valuation approvals, planned purchase conversion, creation of subcontractor purchase orders, creation of applications as well as the ability to view project information.
  • Projects | Project details can be selected on a line-by-line basis when creating a requisition with the resulting PO cost appearing on the relevant project once approved.
  • Approvals – Requisitions | Invoices matched to Purchase Orders, resulting from Purchase Requisitions, will provide a full history and audit trail right back to the originating requisition and goods receipt.

Projects

  • Barcoding & Warehousing | Enables handheld users to issue and return stock to/from Sicon Projects from within the warehouse with those transactions being immediately reflected against the relevant project.
  • Construction | This provides users with a single view of the performance of their construction projects.  Full Nominal to Project Reconciliation ensures all Sage 200 Sales, Purchase and Stock transactions are recorded against a Project.  Labour is captured in Projects via timesheets entry or through the Sicon Approvals Platform, a web-based data entry solution, that is available as an additional purchase.
