Sicon Customer Test Servers

Sicon take IT Security seriously and it is always at the forefront of what we do. Our test servers are designed with data protection and cyber security at their core. Hosted in the UK, they operate within a segmented network to reduce risk and isolate sensitive environments. Access is protected with two-factor authentication (2FA), while comprehensive user activity and network traffic auditing provide full visibility and accountability. This robust, security-first approach ensures that testing takes place in a controlled, compliant and resilient environment.

Whether you are upgrading to a new version of the Sicon Modules or applying a Sicon hotfix, the Customer Test Servers will provide a safe environment to:

Cancellation upon project sign off (please refer to the Billing and Subscription Terms below for more information).

• Invoicing will begin on the date your test server setup is completed and connection details are provided.
• All payments are processed on a subscription basis and billed in advance on the same day each month, covering the full calendar month.
  • Please note – if your start date is at the end of the month, we will invoice on the last day of the month where it’s a shorter month, e.g. February.
• A minimum charge of one full month applies:
  • This charge will be applicable from when work begins on the Test Server Setup and  will apply irrespective of subsequent usage or engagement with the service.
  • If your project goes live or is signed off partway through a month, the full monthly fee will still be applicable.
• Cancellation will take effect from last day of the billed month providing the Customer/Business Partner completes and submits the Customer Test Server Completion Form via our website – please submit cancellations during week three of the month.
  • e.g if we provide connection details on the 15th of the month, your billing will commence on this date and run until the 14th of the following month. If we don’t receive cancellation on week three of this billing period, you will then be billed again on the 15th for the next month – and so on. If we do receive your cancelltion (via the online form) in week three of your billing period, your contract will be cancelled and no further billing will occur.
