Detailed Description

The History tab of a Works Order displays a log of all changes / actions taken on the works order –i.e. components added, components allocated, components issued, dates changed, status changed, etc.

As with normal grids in Sage 200, the grid can be sorted by clicking on a column header.

If you attempt to sort by “Type” however, the data will be sorted by the database TypeID rather than alphabetically by Type code.

Impact: Low

• Urgency | Ability to work not affected; inconvenient
• Impact | All users affected.

Workaround

If necessary, can export to Excel & sort in Excel.
