Detailed Description

Attempting to approve an invoice from within the “View Details” section won’t work (i.e. invoice will remain unapproved).

Navigate to “Approve” on the Invoices menu:

Drill into the invoice:

Press “View Details”.

Approving from here – via the “Approve Lines” button – won’t work. Invoice won’t be approved.

Impact: Low

• Urgency | Ability to work not affected; inconvenient.
• Impact | Single user affected.

Workaround

The workaround is to approve the invoice via any of the other methods…

Approve from the invoice drilldown on the Approve Invoices list (via one of the 2 buttons highlighted below):
