From Sicon Works Order Processing – Enquiries – Build Time, there is a function to right-click and export to excel however, the right-click (and therefore export) menu option is not showing when results have been populated in the bottom half of the screen.

Impact: Low

• Urgency | Ability to work not affected; inconvenient.
• Impact | Single user affected.

Workaround

This is a minimally used area of the system predominantly designed for information to be displayed on-screen only.  There is no workaround for exporting to Excel, but users can of course maximise the screen and take a screenshot of entries as needed.
