11469 – Outlook Known Issue

Any. This is not an issue related to a specific Approvals version, but rather a web-related issue with new Outlook.

Detailed Description

Dragging emails directly from new Outlook to attachments window doesn’t work.  Currently users need to save to desktop first. This is not an Approvals specific issue, but rather a web related issue with new Outlook.

Impact: Low

• Urgency | Ability to work not affected; sufficient workaround available.
• Impact | All Users Affected.

Workaround

Currently users need to save to desktop first, and then drag to the attachment section of Approvals.
