11661 – Adding documents to Sales Return in Sicon Approvals but these aren’t posting to Sage

Detailed Description

When a user adds documents to Sales Returns in Sicon Approvals, these do not post through to Sage.

Below is the Approval Screen -Document attached successfully and Approved.

Impact: Low

  • Urgency | Ability to work not affected; sufficient workaround available.
  • Impact | All Users Affected.

Workaround

Add the Return documents to the Sales Order Return in Sage itself.
