11695 – WO list throws error when first opened

Detailed Description

It has been reported that opening the Works Order List view can produce the below Sage error:

This same error has also been reported to occur when opening the Sage Sales Order List – the issue is environmental and neither issue can be replicated by Sicon.

Impact: Low

• Urgency | Ability to work not affected; sufficient workaround available.
• Impact | Single user affected.

Workaround

Use the Sage Tools – Preferences menu to reset Desktop settings and open Sage again.

Alternatively, navigating to another list view and then coming back to the Works Order List can also resolve the error.
