Detailed Description

For users who are not using the standard Sage font sizing, or who are using high resolution monitors, Sage windows can sometimes rescale windows on pressing certain buttons.  This includes some Sicon screens.  For example, it is known to occur for some users when booking in a Works Order;

Sage re-scales the text and windows at the point Book is pressed:

Impact: Low

• Urgency | Ability to work not affected; inconvenient.
• Impact | Single user affected.

Workaround

Although developers have spent some time investigating a resolution to this in the Sicon screens, it is due to standard Sage scaling issues; the Sicon modules use the same methods in developing the addon screens.  The same occurs in the standard Sage screen to submit a VAT return, for example.

The workaround is to manually resize the screen when this occurs, or restart Sage.
