Detailed Description

The following error appears when amending a credit note that was raised and approved in Sicon Approvals, pressing back in the browser and then trying to change the Sage company it belongs to.

The screen displays as if the user can change the company the credit note belongs to (note this will only apply to users who have been assigned multiple Sage companies on their user profile.)

Impact: Low

  • Urgency | Ability to work not affected; sufficient workaround available.
  • Impact | Single User Affected.

Workaround

It is not recommended that users should use the web browser back or forwards buttons to navigate, but rather the menu items within Approvals. In the example above, users cannot change the Sage company that a credit note belongs to, which is why an error is occurring.
