Detailed Description

When using the Sicon stock transfer screen (for example, in Sicon Material Resource Planning – Material Planning – Stock Transfers), previously-despatched traceable items remain on the allocation screen with a quantity of 0.

This isn’t a Sicon issue, it has been added here to add visibility and understanding that Sicon are using the Sage screen in this instance.

Impact: Low

• Urgency | Ability to work not affected; Sage display issue only.
• Impact | All users affected.

Workaround

The visibility of 0 quantity stock does not impact the process; users can simply ignore lines with a Qty Available of 0 and select other lines with quantities available. The system will prevent the user continuing until available batches are selected.
Sicon are using the Sage Internal Allocation screen for this process, and as such do not control what is displayed on this screen. The same issue occurs when using this feature in Sage without Sicon addons (Stock Control – Allocations – Internal Allocation).
