13755-Intermittent ‘Error Serializing Values’ error screen when access the ‘Logged In User’ screen

Detailed Description

The purpose of the test is to verify that the Admin user is able to access the ‘Logged In Users’ screen. However, I encountered the following error on some attempts.

System Settings > User Setup header > Logged in Users

When Clicking the Logged In Users link, you get the below Error Page.

Impact: Low

• Urgency | Ability to work not affected; inconvenient.
• Impact | Single Users Affected.

Workaround

As this is an intermittent issue refreshing the page might solve this, however there is no other workaround. If this is impacting your site heavily, please use the voting buttons below to register that there is a wider impact.
