13769 – Archived Orders In Sage Showing no Invoice Values

Detailed Description

Orders that have been archived in Sage are appearing in Approvals with no invoiced quantity.

Please see the attached screenshot showing how users can archive POP orders and returns under Purchase Order Processing by selecting POP utilities and then choosing file maintenance.

In Approvals the order Prior to Archiving in Sage had invoiced values, Sage Order NO:, and Sage Doc Status.

After archiving orders in Sage, the orders in Approvals showed no invoiced values. The Sage Order number and Sage Document Status were also missing.

Impact: Low

  • Urgency | Ability to work not affected; inconvenient.
  • Impact | Single user affected.

Workaround

At present this has only been reported by one site and as such there is no workaround available. If this is impacting your site heavily, please use the voting buttons at the top to register that there is a wider impact.
