14309 – Having Non-Vatable & Vatable payment windows open at the same time causes duplicate value between windows

Detailed Description

Open the Sage Vatable Payment screen and the Non-Vatable Payment screen at the same time.

Entering new line into the Vatable Payment screen, the payment totals are not updated:

If you tab through to add a new line the top line will clear down:

If you go back to the first line and update the values again, it does update the totals:

On the Non-Vatable Payment screen enter a new line.  Before you get to the Goods Value screen, the Totals are updated from the Goods Value from the Vatable payment screen:

• Urgency | Ability to work not affected; sufficient workaround available.
• Impact | Single User Affected.

Workaround

The work around for this is to enter a Vatable and Non-Vatable payments independently and not to have both screens open at the same time.

This will allow you to enter the Vatable Payment:
