14457 – Production date not populated when traceable items booked on barcoding handheld

Detailed Description

When booking a traceable stock item via manufacturing in Sage, the production date is recorded when the first item is booked in (only for traceable stock; non-traceable stock remains blank).

When booking the traceable finished item on a barcoding handheld device however, the production date is not populated.

Impact: Low

• Urgency | Ability to work unaffected; workaround available.
• Impact | Single user affected.

Workaround

The production date can be manually entered on the works order post-booking if required.
