Detailed Description
Issue where the View Batch/Serial No Details screen doesn’t show the issued data for a component whereas the issued information can be seen on the Traceable Item Enquiry screen.

Workaround
Open the Traceable Item Enquiry screen and search using Traceable Number, this shows the issued details.
