14677 – Unable to create CRM User through Sicon System Admin

Detailed Description
Within CRM inside of Sage 200, if you are creating new employer through Sicon System Admin, when click on New button, the Employees pop-up will close. However, you can work around this by creating the employee through Employees > Maintain Employees on the navigation menu.
More details of the issue are highlighted below:
1.Log into Sage 200.
2.Go to Sicon CRM -> Settings -> Sicon System Admin.

3. When the pop-up shows, select the Employees section within the Menu. Then, Right click the Employees box and when the context menu shows select Create Employee.

4. When the Employee box shows, select the New button and the Employee box will then disappear.

Workaround
There is a workaround available, instead of using the Sicon System Admin, you can use the Employees section of Sicon CRM.
1. Go to Sicon CRM -> Employees -> Maintain Employees

2.Now the employee’s pop-up will then show, if you select the New button this will allow you to create a new employee. When selecting the New button, instead of the box closing this will make the Details tab amendable.
