14680 – ‘Auto allocate across multiple bins’ allocation is failing when the required stock is available across multiple bins (not in any one bin)

Detailed Description

When using the ‘Auto allocate across multiple bins’ allocation method, when you have a component in multiple bins in the same warehouse, and allocate a Works Order. If there are not enough items in one bin to allocate the full quantity, there will be an allocation error appear stating ‘Unable to find any bins with xxxxx available in warehouse xxxxx for item xxxxxx’

Workaround

Use the ‘Use Sage SOP Fulfilment method’ allocation options instead.
