Detailed Description

This is an issue we’ve not been able to reliably replicate, but can see some commonality in the data of the customer who experienced the issue.

If you have:

• Sicon Approvals Timesheets
• Sicon Projects
• The “Update Sicon Projects transaction as soon as timesheet submitted” Timesheets setting enabled (note – this is the setting to have a committed cost appear on projects as soon as timesheet is entered; rather than waiting on actual cost on approval).

Then there seems to be some scenario that can cause timesheet lines – on final approval – to be reset to “New” status; rather than being properly completed. All instances of this identified so far have been for timesheet lines of less than 1 hour.

Impact: Low

• Urgency | Ability to work affected; Manual fix available.
• Impact | Single user affected.

Workaround

This can’t be replicated, so has no reliable workaround. However, we do have a method to ‘fix’ the impacted timesheets, so if this occurs please contact Sicon Support and reference this Known Issue.
