14926 – Specific stock items can take a long time to load batch number pop-up when issuing to a Works Order

Detailed Description

Occasionally a user may find that a specific stock item takes a longer time to load the batch number pop-up when issuing the traceable item  to a works order.

Impact: Low

  • Urgency | Ability to work not affected; inconvenience.
  • Impact | Single users affected, but only if using the feature as described above.

Workaround

The feature works, however if you do encounter this issue you will need to wait for the pop up to load. At present this has only been reported by one site and is not something Sicon have been unable to replicate. Whilst this is only impacting one site and a workaround is available, we are unable to make further changes in the current release version because of the risk these changes could pose to the software for all our customers.
