16479 – SOP025 – Other dates not updating within Amend Order in Sales Order Processing Menu

Detailed Description

If you’re using SOP025 and amending a Sales Order using the amend order button in the menu on left, then pop up to update delivery to all items doesn’t appear.

To recreate the issue:

1. Log into Sage 200
2. Enable SOP025 by going into Sicon Enhancement Pack > Settings

3. Now go to the SOP tab, find SOP025, check the Current Company checkbox and select Save.

4. Now, Go to the left menu and find Sales Order Processing > Sales Orders > Amend Order:

5. Pick an order and amend.

6. Once the form is open, without doing anything else, highlight the Date Requested field and type in a date (e.g. 090925). If you then Tab off (by selecting the Tab button on your keyboard) this field.

Impact: Low

  • Urgency | Ability to work not affected; workaround available.
  • Impact | Single user affected.

Workaround

This issue is isolated to the Amend screen from the left-hand menu. If you use the Sales Order List screen and amend the Sales Order through there, this will work as required.
