To successfully handover support where Sicon is to be 1st line, we require the following information to be completed. The information you submit will be used in accordance with the Sicon Privacy Policy and will be stored on your Company CRM record. NB: it is vital that we have this information in order for us to support your customer quickly and efficiently. We often spend an unnecessary amount of time trying to get connected to site, so where possible, please provide unattended support access.
