Sicon CRM Desktop Install Guide
The Sicon CRM system is connected directly to the Sage 200 system for real-time integration it is installed on your Sage 200 Server and can be accessed through 3 interfaces: Sage 200 Desktop, Web & Sicon CRM Mobile (the Web portal scales seamlessly when viewed on a mobile browser)
Search the page by pressing Ctrl + F (windows) or CMD +F (Mac) on your keyboard.

Sicon CRM is connected directly to Sage 200 for real-time integration.
It is installed on the Sage 200 Server and can be accessed through 3 interfaces:
- Sage 200 Desktop
- Web Browser
- Sicon CRM Mobile (the Web portal scales seamlessly when viewed on a mobile browser).
Before the Sicon CRM Web interfaces can be installed, Sicon CRM Desktop must be installed on the Sage 200 Server and settings configured.
1. Sicon CRM Desktop Server Installation
This section will take you through the stages of the server installation.
1.1. Required Files
The Sicon CRM Desktop can be installed on the server using the Sicon Installer. This can be downloaded from the Sicon BP Portal.
Check if any other Sicon Products are installed and update to the same version.
The following files should be installed for Sicon CRM using the Sicon Installer (components to be installed using the Installer):
- Sicon Common Components
- Sicon Common Components Reports
- Sicon DevExpress Package 1
- Sicon DevExpress Package 2
- Sicon CRM
- Sicon CRM Reports
1.2. Main Installation Process
To install Sicon CRM Desktop the following add-ons must be installed from the Installer:
Tick the options below to select which Companies to install / update:
Install and update all companies.
Note: The following add-ons should then be displayed in Sage 200 System Admin:
It is also important that all users are logged out of Sage at the time of installation or upgrade.
As the installation progresses you are shown a commentary:
Once successfully installed, the specified module will be identified with a green circle with a tick inside it.
Any Companies successfully updated will be identified in the same manner.
If you encounter an error during the installation a red circle with an exclamation mark will be displayed. In this event, please contact Sicon Support.

Where an upgrade needs to be applied, running the Sicon Installer will show a green arrow next to any add-on title where a new version is available. Ticking the option will upgrade that particular add-on.

Important Information
If the user has more than one Sicon Add-on, they must all be upgraded at the same time (for the version they are on). The User must not install just a few of them as this may well cause other Sicon add-ons to stop functioning correctly. Therefore, if the version of the Sicon Add-ons is v21.1 you should only install additional / upgrade existing add-ons of the same version, unless you wish to upgrade to Sicon v22 in which case you must upgrade all add-ons to Sicon v22.
It is also important that all users are logged out of Sage at the time of install / upgrade.
The Sicon CRM add-on will be displayed in the main Sage 200 Menu depending on the features assigned to that role.
