Overview of Approval Stages

1. Requisitions Module

1.1. Requisitions: Header

New: Order has not yet been submitted
Approved: Order has been approved and posted to sage
NotApproved: Order has items awaiting approval
Rejected: One or more items on the Order have been rejected
Completed: If the order is related to Construct, then its complete as soon as approved and written to the import tables, if its not construct related then the order will go to complete after it has been goods received and fully invoiced.
Failed: The Order failed to post to sage
Archived: The order has been archived using the archive complete orders function

1.2. Requisitions: Lines

NewLine: Line has not been submitted yet
Authorised: Line has been approved
Rejected: Line has been rejected
NoAuthorisers: There are no more authorisers for the line, either the last person in the route does not have sufficient approval value, or the requester is also the approver and self-approval is not enabled
Waiting: Line is currently waiting for an approver to authorise
Draft: There should not be anything with this status

2. Sales Orders Module

2.1. Sales Orders: Header

New: Order has not yet been submitted
Approved: Order has been approved and posted to sage
NotApproved: Order has items awaiting approval
Rejected: One or more items on the Order have been rejected
Completed: The order will go to complete after it has been goods despatched and fully invoiced.
Failed: The Order failed to post to sage
Archived: Not currently used for sales orders

2.2. Sales Orders: Lines

NewLine: Line has not been submitted yet
Authorised: Line has been approved
Rejected: Line has been rejected
NoAuthorisers: There are no more authorisers for the line, either the last person in the route does not have sufficient approval value, or the requestor is also the approver and self-approval is not enabled
Waiting: Line is currently waiting for an approver to authorise
Draft: There should not be anything with this status

3. Invoices Module

3.1. Invoices: Header

New: Invoice has not yet been submitted
Approved: Invoice has been approved but not yet posted to sage
NotApproved: Invoice has items awaiting approval
Rejected: One or more items on the Invoice have been rejected
Completed: The Invoice has been posted to sage, or the query flag has been removed (depends on where the invoice was entered)
Failed: The Invoice failed to post to sage
Archived: Not currently possible for Invoice

3.2. Invoices: Lines

4. Expenses Module

4.1. Expenses: Header

New: Expense has not yet been submitted
Approved: Expense has been approved but its not yet posted to sage
NotApproved: Expense has items awaiting approval
Rejected: One or more items on the expense have been rejected
Completed: The expense has been posted to Sage
Failed: The expense failed to post to sage
Archived: Not currently possible for expenses

4.2. Expenses: Lines

NewLine: Line has not been submitted yet
Authorised: Line has been approved
Rejected: Line has been rejected

Completed: Not currently used for timesheets
Failed: The Timesheet failed to post to sage
Archived: Not currently used for timesheets

Rejected: One or more items on the Holiday Request have been rejected
Completed: The Holiday Request has moved the booked takes to taken days ( the dates for the approved holiday request have passed )
Failed: The Holiday Request failed to post to sage
Archived: Not currently possible for Holiday Request

Authorised: Line has been approved
Rejected: Line has been rejected
